It's 31-8-2012 the 55th Malaysia Merdeka Day .Sibu being chosen the celebration centre of Sarawak State.Thousands were gathering at Sibu town-square with colorful uniforms and with Malaysia flags waving in hands The spirits were high ,the sight was great........!
Besides fishes,prawns,crabs,jelly-fish,the side product-- --salt-fish is the key product from the coastal villages like Kabon ,Belawai, and Grigat... Salt-fish has been very popular and most favorite among Malaysians.The main process is simple,just to spread the salt over then dry up under the sun or some may dehydrated in the smoking room by burned up firewood.......
